New Youth Director - Introduction

Dear High School Students & Parents, I am writing to introduce myself as the new Director of Youth Evangelization. While I did not have the joy of meeting Jess, it is clear by all accounts that she was a wonderful youth minister, and is a beautiful person. Her parting words speak powerfully of God’s grace at work in her. I know I cannot replace her, but just as she did, I hope to show you the face of Christ. I come to you from Pennsylvania, where I was serving 3 parishes as the Director of Adult and Young Adult Faith Formation. I loved what I was doing, but also felt a persistent call to do more for teens, and then God opened this door. I am excited to be here! While I am new to the area, I am not entirely new to the area. I lived in Sandusky for 3 years (2008-2011), where I worked as a Lake Erie Biologist and volunteered with Sandusky Life Teen.
