Happy almost-Thanksgiving! After all of the food/celebrations if you are free to come on Sunday night, we'd love to have you there! The juniors and seniors are invited to help with Youth Group planning and creating care packages for college students. Any high school student is welcome to help with making art for the Gathering Space! Team planning is at 7 and painting/drawing is at 7:30. Hope to see you then! Hope you're enjoying this beautiful fall weather! We have a couple of important events coming up: If your teen has signed up to go to the CHERRY STREET MISSION in Toledo on December 4th, please print and complete the Cherry St Mission Form . If you have not signed up for Cherry St Mission and would like to come, please let Jess know immediately ( youth @ stpetershuron.org or 419-770-0371). We also are attending the MARCH FOR LIFE in Washington D.C. from January 21st-22nd. The details are here . The permission form is here  (if you've already completed the purple emergency medical form for 2015-2016, you do not need to complete it again). If you are joining us, please return the permission form/ payment to the Parish Office by December 2nd. If the financial requirement is in any way problem, please do not let that hinder participation since scholarships are available. Hello!We have an exciting weekend ahead! TOMORROW (Friday) from 9 pm- 11 pm we'll open St. Peter's Gym for volleyball, pizza, cards, etc. ALL High School students are welcome. Please feel free to bring friends (there won't be a religious focus...just hanging out.) Sunday night we have Youth Group in the Gathering Space from 7 pm- 9 pm. Once again, feel free to bring friends- we'll have a recap of the past two youth nights so that everyone's up to speed and can join in the activities. Hope you can make it!!

Sunday we will have Team Planning in the Gathering Space for any juniors and seniors who would like to plan the next couple of Youth Groups. We need your ideas so please come and help! We'll be meeting in the Chapel at 7 pm. For any High School student who likes to draw or paint, we need help creating Biblical murals for the Gathering Space. Please meet at St. Peter's Art Classroom on Sunday at 7:45

Hello! We have a couple of big events this weekend/next week so we hope you'll be able to join us! Our first Youth Mass of the School year will be Sunday night at 6 pm. Following the Mass, we'll have dinner and Youth Group in the Gathering Space! On November 2nd, we will have our first corporal work of mercy service project (for a list of the corporal works of mercy see Matthew 25: 31-46). The sophomores are leading these projects and on Monday night we'll share snacks while making cards for families of recently deceased parishioners and military members. "And the king will say to them in reply, 'Amen, I say to you, whatever you did for one of the least brother of mine, you did for me."- Matthew 25:40

Team Planning is on Sunday night in the library- any juniors or seniors that would like to help plan Youth Group nights are welcome! Also, MOREmercy will have their first meeting in the Cafeteria on Sunday night from 7-9. MOREmercy is a new Sophomore-led group that will help plan/coordinate seven service projects that are related to the seven corporal works of mercy (the seven corporal works of mercy: feed the hungry, give drink to the thirsty, bury the dead, clothe the naked, comfort the sick, visit the imprisoned, and shelter the homeless).Sophomores- we want your help so that these events can be impactful and FUN for all who come to participate! Finally- we invite any High School student interested in art to come and help us on Sunday night in the Art Room. We're making large panels depicting different biblical scenes and we need people who like to draw and paint!! Hope to see you Sunday!

Hello! Reminder that we will have Youth Group this Sunday night from 7 pm- 9pm in the Gathering Space. We'll have food, music, games, fellowship, and an introduction to this year's theme! We look forward to seeing you then!! Bring a friend and your name (and your friend's name) will be put in a drawing for a gift card! Also- if you have not turned in your purple emergency medical form and $30 donation (to help defray food costs) please bring them on Sunday!
